Operation School Bell®

Operation School Bell provides uniforms and/or other clothing items to some students, a summer reading book for each student and may provide other items to five Mobile County Title 1 schools as funds allow.

TLC Dolls (Tender Loving Care)

Handmade therapy dolls provide comfort to critically ill and traumatized children in two area hospitals and to the Child Advocacy Center.

Assault Survivor Kits (ASK)

Provides personal hygiene kits and clothing are provided to men, women and children who have been sexually assaulted when they present to the University of South Alabama Medical Center. Assistance League of Mobile also partners with Lifelines Rape Crisis Center that offers counseling and care to these victims. Donations also include two pieces of forensic equipment.

Outreach Program: Victim Service Project

The Victim Service Project provides a personal hygiene kit and clothing to victims of crime who are coming to testify in court to allow them to be appropriately dressed and clean. This project is conducted in partnership with the Mobile District Attorney’s office.
