This program provides kits of personal care items to participants in our other philanthropies, including Operation School Bell® , Students in Transition, Food Pantry, and other programs as needed.
This program also provides clothing and hygiene items for assault survivors, working closely with Washoe County services.
One great part of this program is support for Kids Kottage, which houses children who have been removed from their home for a variety of reasons, including parents on drugs or in jail. We provide fun holiday experiences for them. One of our favorites is Trunk or Treat for Halloween, which is open to all foster children in Washoe County. We have so much fun decorating our cars and handing out treats.
