For more than 10 years, Dr. Elliott Moscot and his staff have been providing eye exams and glasses to students in the Santa Monica Bay area as part of Assistance League’s Operation School Bell program. Lora Morn, head nurse with SMMUSD, has helped coordinate requests for vision vouchers from the schools, and Jacque Kelly, Vision Chair, has initiated and led the philanthropic program.
This alliance has enabled almost 2,000 children to receive needed vision care services.
