Walter C. Frank, branch Vice President of Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner and Smith, has been a strong supporter of Assistance League of Greater Cincinnati, providing advice, wise counsel and financial support since 2000. Through this support the chapter has been able to exceed their goal of funds raised enabling them to clothe more students. The Operation School Bell Award was presented to Mr. Frank at the chapter’s annual Aspire Cincinnati on April 8, 2016.
