The Assistance League of Albuquerque (ALA) website content is provided by the Albuquerque chapter and is part of the National Assistance League® website. ALA is PCI compliant, adhering to strict donation protocols when entering credit card information into an encrypted site. The information provided will be shared only with authorized individuals who need access to this information. Personal information collected by ALA is retained online only as long as needed.
The ALA website may collect personally identifiable information.
Individuals who sign up to receive ALA E-communications voluntarily provide us with contact information (such as name and email address), which will only be used for the stated purpose(s). Donation Records.
The records of all contributions to ALA are maintained by ALA. Authorized members of ALA may contact you to obtain additional information. This may be done through electronic or telephonic means or through postal mail. You may choose to opt out from or restrict the use of your contact information by contacting ALA through one of the methods below. Donor names and addresses shall not be shared or sold to outside organizations, unless required by law, and any such disclosure shall be disclosed to donors. Unless requested not to do so by the donor, ALA may list the donor‘s name and donation category in publications of ALA that may be seen by individuals outside of ALA. This information may be contained in documents including, but not limited to annual reports, press releases, grant applications, and community newsletters. Donors may contact ALA or GuideStar.org to view copies of annual reports, IRS (Form 990), or other financial documents prior to making the donation. A donor may also ask for examples of prior publications showing the manner in which donor contributions are acknowledged.
The names and photographs of individuals and businesses appearing on the website have been used with their express and/or implied knowledge.

Surveys.
Periodically, this website may request information from users via surveys. Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary and the user has a choice of whether or not to disclose the information. Personal information of the user is not shared with third parties unless ALA gives prior notice and choice. ALA uses your IP address to help diagnose problems with our National Assistance League server, to administer the website (assistanceleagueabq.org), and for statistical metrics used to track website visitor traffic.
