- All to help support our Tri-Valley community programs!
SOCK is our annual fundraiser to help children in need through the gracious donations of our donors. This fundraiser focuses on our Operation School Bell® – Children’s Needs and our Community Needs programs.
The goal of Operation School Bell® – Children’s Needs and Community Needs is to:
- Clothe as many children as possible
- Provide books to children who have never owned a book of their own
- Screen young eyes for amblyopia
- Provide snacks to kids in need
- Deliver essential filled backpacks to graduating seniors
- Provide a “birthday in a bag” for kids living in local shelters
- Award scholarships to high school seniors headed to college or trade school and to a Las Positas College graduate headed to a four-year college or university
- Help families who have food deficiencies by shopping and delivering food weekly to the Tri-Valley Haven Food Pantry
