Ready for Work, one of Assistance League^® of the Bay Area’s philanthropic programs, helps individuals find the right clothes for the job or an upcoming interview. They are referred through our partners, The Bridge Over Troubled Waters, Inc., Family Promise of Clear Creek, or the United Way of Greater Houston’s Bay Area THRIVE Center.

The items are either selected from the chapter’s award-winning Resale Shop inventory or if a specialty item is required the shop does not have in stock, we meet them at a local discount department store to purchase the appropriate merchandise.

Committee members are thrilled to help place a beaming smile on our clients’ faces.
