The chapter’s largest philanthropic program, Operation School Bell^®, allowed students to select school-appropriate clothing and accessories at local-area JCPenney^® stores or, in some situations, provided to them through the shop-and-deliver alternative from Target.

Throughout the 2023-2024 fiscal year, 2,464 students across nine school districts, including Clear Creek ISD, Deer Park ISD, Dickinson ISD, Friendswood ISD, Galveston ISD, La Porte ISD, Santa Fe ISD, Texas City ISD, and Odyssey Academy’s public charter schools received the necessary items.
