Operation School Bell^® leaders recently received thank-you notes from Galveston Ball High School students after their shopping experience at League City’s JCPenney^®. The chapter’s largest philanthropic program provides clothing, accessories, and hygiene items to students, PreK through 12th grade, in nine school districts, allowing them to feel confident in the classroom.
