Operation School Bell^®, Assistance League^® of the Bay Area’s largest philanthropic program, focuses on providing students identified by authorized school district personnel with the essential clothing and hygiene items they need to begin the school year confidently.

Those who start the school year can come to designated JCPenney^® stores and make their selections. As the school year continues and new students arrive, chapter volunteers go to Target and gather the requested items through the Shop and Deliver option.
