Project Snuggle, an independently-managed philanthropic program of Assisteens^® of the Bay Area, provides fleece blankets to the youngest residents of the Bay Area Turning Point and The Bridge Over Troubled Waters shelters for families who have experienced domestic violence and abuse.

After the membership meeting, a dedicated group of teens creates three or four blankets. Once completed, they are delivered to the administrative offices for distribution to the children, often arriving under traumatic circumstances and yearning for security and safety.
