Assisteens Label over 600 Books Donated by Barnes & Noble Baybrook Holiday Shoppers

Assisteen® volunteers labeled books holiday shoppers purchased and donated at the Barnes & Noble Baybrook store between Thanksgiving and New Year’s Day, specifically for our chapter.

The partnership with Barnes & Noble has been in place since 2018, and we are grateful for the store’s commitment, as well as that of its customers, to helping us promote the value of reading.

The labeled books, organized by age and reading level, will be gifted to children and teens over the next few weeks as part of our chapter’s new philanthropic program, Literacy for Life.
