The chapter’s largest philanthropic program, Operation School Bell^®, allowed students to select school-appropriate clothing and accessories at local-area JCPenney^® stores or, in some situations, provided to them through the shop-and-deliver alternative.

Throughout the 2022-2023 fiscal year 2,404 students across nine school districts, including Clear Creek ISD, Deer Park ISD, Dickinson ISD, Friendswood ISD, Galveston ISD, La Porte ISD, Santa Fe ISD, Texas City ISD, and the public charter schools of Odyssey Academy received the necessary items for a total of $413,582.97 spent.
