Assistance League of the Bay Area is a chapter of the Assistance League which was founded in 1935.

Our chapter was founded in 1994. Assistance League of the Bay Area is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

We have approximately 200 members who volunteer for us and an active Assisteens® Auxiliary composed of male and female high school students. Assisteens design and implement their own philanthropic programs and provide support to Assistance League of the Bay Area programs.
