The “Busy Bee” Award was given this year to a fairly new member, who took on some big responsibilities and did a fantastic Job. Jo Anne Lowe, her mentor, made the presentation at our last meeting.

“Roxy Parise is a retired Bellingham School District employee who, in that capacity, became familiar with  Assistance League of Bellingham’s Operation School Bell program. From the moment she became a member, she became a diligent volunteer and easily took on numerous responsibilities.
