Assistance League of Bend’s Operation School Bell® Gives Children the Confidence to Succeed

50% of Children Enrolled in Deschutes County Schools Qualify For Free or Reduced Lunch

Through Operation School Bell, Assistance League of Bend has proudly been providing school clothing and emergency clothing bundles to low-income children since 1991. Rising inflation can present hurdles for families struggling to make ends meet. New clothes, warm jackets, and shoes that fit are proven to boost a child’s self-esteem and help them feel more engaged in the classroom. Each year we provide clothing to more than 2,600 local children. Assistance League of Bend is the leading provider of clothing in Deschutes County.

Please consider making a tax-deductible contribution to provide a local child with new clothing.
