On May 5, 2016, at their Seventh Annual Assistance League® Aspire Cincinnati® Awards luncheon, Assistance League of Greater Cincinnati presented the National Operation School Bell® Award to Mary Ronan, Superintendent of Education, Cincinnati Public Schools. Since assuming her current position nine years ago, Ms. Ronan has been a committed and significant partner to the chapter’s Operation School Bell program. Besides providing personal financial support and regularly assisting as a volunteer during the program’s distributions to the students, the chapter named eleven other ways Ms. Ronan has assisted the chapter.
