Assistance League of Denver is pleased to announce that it has received a $30,000 Daniels Fund grant to support its Hospital Equipment Lending Program.
Assistance League of Denver is a nonprofit organization that has served children and adults in Denver and surrounding areas for more than 62 years. Assistance League of Denver members believe in the power of the volunteer to generate transformative change in the lives of underserved children and adults in our community. The Hospital Equipment Lending Program provides durable medical equipment to those in need, free of charge.
“We are grateful to the Daniels Fund for this generous grant. The grant will enable our Hospital Equipment Lending Program to purchase much-needed wheelchairs, scooters and other medical equipment, allowing us to help more deserving people,” said Carolyn Newcomb, President of Assistance League of Denver.
