Assistance League of Inland North County was picked as a California Nonprofit of the Year by Assemblymember Marie Waldron and is among more than 100 nonprofits recognized by their state senators and assembly members for their significant contributions to the communities they serve.
The Inland philanthropic group recently marked its 35th anniversary and serves the needs of communities ranging from Bonsall, Escondido, Fallbrook, Pauma Valley and Poway to Ramona, Rancho Bernardo, San Marcos, Valley Center, Vista and Warner Springs.
The group’s members have volunteered more than 26,000 hours annually to serve and raise money for its nine philanthropic community programs.
