The Irven E. and NeVada P. Linscomb Foundation received the National Operation School Bell® Award from Assistance League of Kansas City on January 31, 2017, at the chapter’s 30th Anniversary Public Recognition Open House. The Foundation has generously supported the chapter’s Operation School Bell program for the past 19 years with grants enabling the program to dress at least 250 additional students a year. The Linscombs were dedicated to helping those who, through no fault of their own, could not help themselves.
