Char Bunyard and Rebekah Fedullo: Assistance League of Greater San Diego
Char Bunyard and Rebekah Fedullo are the guardians of the jewelry section at the Assistance League’s Hillcrest thrift store, which accounts for more than 85 percent of the league’s funding. The money goes to such priceless programs as community-college scholarships, tutoring support and Operation School Bell, which gives new clothing, school supplies and hygiene kits to needy schoolchildren.
