Every year we have our Annual Christmas Tree Auction. Our members design Christmas trees using creative themes, their talent and many homemade items. It is a wonderful evening of fun and excitement. We invite businesses and individuals from the community to come to our Chapter house to view the trees and participate in the live auction. The decorations from each tree are auctioned and highest bidder wins! Then, after Thanksgiving, the designer will recreate the tree at the winner’s desired location.
Denim and Diamonds is a fundraiser dinner that is held after the winter holidays when everyone just needs to relax. All proceeds benefit the local community through our philanthropic programs; most notably Operation School Bell®, which provides new school clothes to the local children in need.
Ducky Affair is an annual event typically hosted by the Elks lodge in Carlsbad, NM. Members sell raffle tickets and wind prizes that have been donated by the local businesses. There are also 2 great cash prizes. This event is held in June. All proceeds benefit the local community through our philanthropic programs; most notably Operation School Bell®, which provides new school clothes to the local children in need.
