As one of their community service projects, Assisteens spent time cleaning and mulching the trails to help maintain the Coppell Nature Park. The Coppell Nature Park is 66-acre of natural space located on the west side of town and includes five miles of trails. It is a natural habitat for wildlife such as coyotes, bobcats, snakes and migrating birds and throughout the park you can find numerous types of native plants, grasses and trees.
