Community Services

The Community Services program identifies community needs, assesses them, and responds to those needs by providing assistance on a one-time or short term basis.

Thrift Shop

Thrift Shop vouchers are distributed to other agencies to allow recipients to shop for gently used clothing, shoes, and household goods.

Rotated stock from the Thrift Shop is donated to local non profit agencies that provide food and clothing to community residents.

Lost and Found Clothing

ALCV members collect and clean jackets, sweaters, and other items left in the lost and found bins at local schools and place them in the Thrift Shop to donate to children dressed through the Operation School Bell® program
