This summer three community minded organizations connected to benefit children, infants and families.

Assistance League of Diablo Valley members of the Baby Bags program assembled 354 Baby Bags. Each Baby Bag included such support items as disposable diapers, baby wipes, onesies, socks and bibs. Volunteers from the Diablo Valley Chapter of Project Linus, a non-profit organization that provides new handmade blankets to children in need, were also included in the bags. The bags will be distributed by Aspiranet’s Welcome Home Baby division, a nonprofit family services agency that supports low-income families in the community.

Combined and coordinated efforts do not merely triple our return to the community, they compound it!
