Assistance League® of Greater Placer members are holding their Fall Tea and “Fashions on a Budget” fundraiser this year at the Rocklin Event Center in Rocklin on Wednesday, Oct 18 with a cost of $40 of which $20 is tax deductible. Forty distinctive, one of a kind, tables are set for a “Tea Party”. All tables are designed and set by individual members with their own dishes. This year there will be two tables designed with beautiful dishes donated to the Thrift Shop and will be available to purchase. Each year our Fall Tea attracts 400 ladies who, for a few hours, enjoy delicious food, wonderful company and watch a fabulous fashion show. “Fashions on a Budget” features our “fashion model” members wearing gently used clothing from our Thrift Shop. The stylish clothes may be sold after the fashion show. This event is a huge success and helps fund our 14 philanthropic programs. Come join us for Tea and a Fashion Show!
