Assistance League of Greater Placer is a nonprofit 501(c)(3).  Your contributions are fully tax deductible.  We are an all-volunteer organization, therefore, your contribution is maximized.  All donations stay in surrounding communities benefiting children and adults in need through our philanthropic programs. Annual Appeal Fundraiser

Each fall, Assistance League of Greater Placer sponsors the Annual Appeal Fundraiser which helps support Operation School Bell®, our chapter’s largest philanthropic program.  This program provides school clothing, shoes, and supplies to children in need throughout the Greater Placer communities.

Thrift Shop Donations

Proceeds from our Thrift Shop help fund our philanthropic programs.  Bring your donations of new or gently-used items to our Thrift Shop at 1263 Grass Valley Highway, Auburn.  Stay to shop.  We offer quality merchandise at affordable prices.

Grants from Corporations and Foundations

Assistance League of Greater Placer’s Grants Committee submits applications to foundations, corporations, and government entities requesting support of our philanthropic programs.  Grants are especially helpful during this time of great need throughout our community.
