Assistance League of Greater San Diego provides scholarships to community college students in need of monetary assistance to continue their education in an accredited four-year college or university baccalaureate program.

Read and follow the Upper Division Scholarship Guidelines 2025 carefully. We recommend you print this document and refer to it while preparing your application.
How to Apply
To apply for a scholarship, you may fill out the online application below and press “Submit Application” when complete. It is recommended that you save your work regularly (using the “Save and Continue Later” button at the bottom). Your application will be saved for up to 30 days, and you can complete it at any time during that period. IMPORTANT: After you click on “Save and Continue Later”, you need to scroll to the bottom of the page and enter your email address. You’ll then receive an email from ‘webforms-algsd@assistanceleague.org’ with the link to continue your application.
When applying using the online application, REQUIRED additional documents (letters of recommendation, transcript) can be uploaded and submitted with the online application. These documents must be in PDF format. NOTE: You will first submit your application form, then use the Secure File Upload process to upload your documents.
Once you have submitted your online application, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Assistance League of Greater San Diego (‘webforms-algsd@assistanceleague.org’). When you submit your required additional forms online, you’ll receive a confirmation message at the time you submit your files, but no email confirmation.
Be sure to save copies of all materials, as nothing will be returned to you.
