Michael King, an ALGW scholarship recipient from Cape Fear Community College, stopped by the Thrift Shop on May 17 to show his acceptance letter from Columbia University to Nancy Fiedler and Marsha Olender, incoming and current ALGW presidents.  Michael is very appreciative of the support of his ALGW scholarship in taking him from community college to the Ivy League.
