Now that winter is approaching, we need to let you know our inclement weather policy. If Columbia Public Schools cancels classes for the day due to inclement weather, Upscale Resale will be closed as well. If the schools have a late start, our shop will open at the regular hour of 10:00 a.am. You can always check Facebook for updates.
