We’re thrilled to welcome Joyce Norals as a new member to our Advisory Council.
Joyce Norals is a native of Chicago – the city of her heart – Joyce received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola University and a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
Joyce spent an extended period of her career with the Canadian Pacific Railroad and Honeywell’s Commercial Aviation Systems Division where she served in management positions in human resources.
Prior to her retirement in September 2022, she served as the CHRO/VP for Lutheran Social Service of MN for 22 years. In her capacity as CHRO she provided the strategic direction and leadership for the organization’s HR function. She launched the organization’s Anti-Racism and DE&I work in 2007 and became a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory and IDP in 2016.
