Fashionable hats, baskets brimming with goodies, silent auction thrills and a terrific style show featuring our volunteer models attired in outfits from the Thrift Shop – all of this fun was had on April 22 at the Minneapolis Women’s Rotary Style Show and Benefit Luncheon!

The Minneapolis Women’s Rotary awarded a two-year grant to ALMSP in which we are one of three recipients of the proceeds of their benefit luncheon held both this spring and next.

Angela Carlson, a SANE nurse from Regions Hospital, spoke on behalf of ALMSP and gave a moving account of how ASK kits affect the sexual assault survivors with whom she works.
