This month we have 2 Very Valuable Volunteers, and we celebrate them together! Both are soft in their demeanor yet work tirelessly for our Chapter. 

The first VVV joined our chapter in 2002. She has had leadership roles at our Thrift Shop, worked as our Resource Development Admin and since 2018 was our Assistant Treasurer processing all credit card purchases, and reconciled monthly financial accounts.  

The second VVV joined our chapter in 2016. This member has worked as a committee member for Food for Kids, Links to Learning, Public Relations, social media, the Thrift Shop and since 2021, as our Assistant Treasurer tracking our Thrift Shop revenue. 

Collaborating with our Treasurer, Carolyn Azine, these two individuals have carefully managed the financial side of our chapter with diligence, confidentiality, timeliness, and kindness. Carolyn said these special ladies were always dependable and supported her with any request she would ask of them. These individuals both stepped down from their roles as Assistant Treasurer’s the end of our fiscal year and while the finance team will miss them, they both plan to support our chapter in other important ways.
