This month’s Very Valuable Volunteer is a long-time chapter member who has led and volunteered in many programs at the Assistance League. She is a friend to all and always has a positive attitude. Her efficient work, strong communication and organization skills show in everything she touches.

Some of her contributions include Board Secretary, VP Philanthropic Programs, a member of the online team, Chair of ASK, CFK committee and was a school liaison. She helped spearhead and continues to Co-Chair Every Meal at Bethune and now Emerson Schools, Social Co-Chair, and Chapter President.

As Chapter president she challenged the chapter to bring DEI into every aspect of our operations. She was instrumental in making our programs more flexible to meet the needs of our partners. Seems natural that years later she would be a leader on the DEI team.

A huge thank you for the many contributions and continued leadership.
