In order to be eligible, the female applicant must be a U.S. citizen, a Montgomery County resident, a graduating high school senior, and enrolled as a full-time student (taking 12 or more hours per semester) in a Texas public college or university with an interest in and aptitude for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) specialties.
