Winter Warm-Up is an Assistance League® of Nashville program which provides NEW coats to Pre-K, elementary, middle and high school students and community centers in the Nashville Metro system. Distributing 4,210 new winter coats since 2014. 500 warm coats were distributed December 11, 2020. We love doing this!! Dare we say – it gives us a warm feeling?
In coordination with: Macy’s (who provides the new coats); Soles4Souls (who receives the coats at their warehouse), Assistance League® of Nashville Volunteers sort the coats and deliver them to schools and centers all around Nashville. Winter Warm-Up occurs in December allowing students to receive new warm coats before cold weather hits Middle Tennessee.
