When our AL’s Closet chairs learned of an elementary school boy at Victoria Elementary School whose bike was no longer reliable to get him to school, our “outreach team” sprang into action.

Within less than 24 hours, Jenni Johnson had helped secure a bike donation from another Chapter member, Julie Mathieu.  Her son had outgrown his bike and Julie Mathieu (she and her son(s) enjoy working the cash register in Thrift) generously had the bike serviced and spruced up for its new “happy” owner!!
