How to Consign
How it works
We are looking for high-quality furniture and home decorative accessories for consignment whose style and condition appeal to today’s buyers and are in good to excellent condition. These items exclude anything that needs to be refinished, re-upholstered, or professionally cleaned.
We offer a 50/50 split on all consignment items. Each batch of consigned items comes into the store for a 75-day period. After 20 days, if an item has not sold, it can be reduced by 20% and if not sold after 75 days, the item can either be picked up or it is donated to Assistance League of Newport-Mesa. Proceeds from your consignment items are paid by the 10th of the following month in which they are sold.

Sellers Guidelines
We need to be sure that your merchandise is saleable. Home decorative items must have a minimum resale value of $25 or higher. Anything of lesser value will be directed to the Thrift Shop.
You will be much more successful if you check your item’s conditions carefully before you bring them to us. The merchandise must be in good-to-mint condition. Merchandise is required to be clean and in pristine condition.
Sets of China, Crystal, and Silver
Please check with us before bringing in large sets of china, crystal, or sterling silver. We are looking for unique and desirable patterns. We also want to have space to best display your items. Sets of crystal, china, and sterling silver are considered as one item.
Appointments
Appointments are needed for all your items. We will accept a maximum of 15 of your most unique and saleable items (Please bring in 15 items or less and we will select what our customers will buy). We try to make the process of consigning as simple as possible. Please understand that our customers’ preferences must be our selection guidelines.
We will do our best to safeguard your items, but we are not responsible for damage or loss.
