Beverly Charles was voted as ALNC Volunteer of the Year for 2023-2024. Members of the board of directors and the Masquerade Brigade surprised her at her home today to make the announcement. She will be honored at a special ceremony held on November 1st at the North County Philanthropy Council Awards Celebration. She was chosen by the members of her chapter for her outstanding dedication to the programs, children and communities of Carlsbad, Oceanside and Vista. She has been both a leader and champion of ALNC in the positions she has held as past social chair, philanthropic board director, president elect, president and now director of marketing and communications. She also served on the scholarship committee and is a member of the Masquerade Brigade.
