We would like to thank the Board of Directors of The Closet of the Greater Herndon Area, Inc., for their gift to help fund our New Clothing for Kids program. The funds will be used to purchase a year’s worth of new clothing and shoes for children most in need at two partner schools in Fairfax County. We are so grateful to receive this first-time award from The Closet, a 501(c)(3) organization with a mission to assist residents of the Greater Herndon Area facing the economic and social challenges inherent in living in Northern Virginia.  On behalf of Assistance League of Northern Virginia and the children at Timber Lane Elementary and Dogwood Elementary, thank you for your support!
