For Sandy Spring Bank’s annual Season of Sharing, their Legal Department was permitted to select a local charity to receive a donation as part of its year-long celebration of the company’s 150th anniversary. We are delighted that Assistance League of Northern Virginia’s work in the community inspired the bank to choose us. Sandy Spring Bank has a group of enthusiastic volunteers who regularly come to pack food at our Weekend Food for Kids events, so the bank’s leadership is very familiar with the impact this and our other programs have in our community.
