We are thankful that NOVEC (Northern Virginia Electric Cooperative) has agreed to be a sponsor for our Literary Luncheon & Fundraiser on April 30 at the Springfield Golf and Country Club, 8301 Old Keene Mill Road, Springfield.  NOVEC, headquartered in Manassas, has a long tradition of supporting nonprofit organizations and giving back to the community.  We are grateful for NOVEC’s sponsorship, and the many ways it has supported our fund-raising efforts in the past, because they have helped us to continue providing essentials, such as food, clothing, shoes, reading support, and new books to students at Title 1 elementary schools in the area.

Our Literary Luncheon includes a delicious lunch; discussions by two award-winning authors, Sean McFate and Judith Pearson, with time before and after the program to meet them; a live auction featuring a travel package and other high-end opportunities; and raffle items.
