Assistance League® of Omaha (ALO), a dynamic, member-volunteer led nonprofit, is looking for a Chapter Administrator to support our mission-driven operations. This key team member will ensure smooth daily operations, provide administrative and technology support, and assist with internal communications and community engagement.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Serve as the go-to support for office operations, scheduling, and communications
✔ Manage digital and physical records, supplies, and building logistics
✔ Assist board members and committee chairs
✔ Support branding, fundraising, and member technology use
✔ Maintain chapter calendar, websites, and communication tools
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 2–5 years’ experience in admin, office management, or nonprofit support
✅ Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
✅ Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, WordPress, Constant Contact
✅ Friendly, flexible, and detail-oriented with a willingness to learn
📆 Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM (some flexibility)
