Assistance League of Orange has received a $10,000 grant from the Bolton Foundation — the philanthropic arm of Pasadena-based insurance broker Bolton & Company. The award will support the Chapter’s Handle with Care program, which provides fully stocked diaper bags to families in need with preterm babies being discharged from the UCI Neonatal ICU. League President Laura Farr and Grants Chairman Charlotte Vaughn were presented with the $10,000 check at the Foundation’s “Throw Down” event in Pasadena on May 1, 2018.  The “Throw Down” is the largest fundraising event hosted by the The Bolton Foundation and has raised nearly half a million dollars since the foundation’s formation in 2014.
