What is Kids Kottage?

Kids Kottage is an emergency shelter for children who have been removed from their home due to abuse or neglect.  The facility can house more than 80 children at a time, ranging in age from newborn to teens.  At Kids Kottage, children are given medical, mental health, and educational evaluations and support to ensure their needs are met.

We Care program provided various items for the children at Kids Kottage and many events were planned throughout the year.  Prior to the start of school, backpacks with school supplies were delivered to Kids Kottage.  Special events centered around holidays were provided throughout the year.
