BABY LOVE

Helping new moms and their infants start their lives together

Baby Love volunteers provide new mothers gift bags containing infant supplies, clothes, and a hand knitted blanket.  Our volunteers coordinate with social workers at two local hospitals to identify the mothers who need some support as they depart the hospital with their newborn.

The blankets are knitted or crocheted by our volunteers and community volunteers, including a senior group called Crafty Ladies. If you are interested in being one of our knitters, please contact us at vpphilanthropy@alsvca.org.
