Caring and Compassion in Action
Orange County has a significant number of households struggling financially to make ends meet despite working. According to the United Way’s Real Cost Measure Study, 33% of Orange County households fall below the poverty line and over 20% of children under 18 years old live in households experiencing food insecurity.
Our chapter partners with other nonprofits, hospital social workers, and Saddleback Unified School District, identifying families and seniors in need and then providing a helping hand.
Sometimes, that’s all it takes to make a difference.
