The Readers Are Leaders volunteers in Ms. Downing’s class at Stipe Elementary received a Happy Valentine’s Day gift at their February reading. And congratulations to Ms. Dedra Downing for being awarded the 2019-2020 Dr. Harry Edwards “Follow Your Bliss Award” from the 49ers EDU Foundation! She is such an enthusiastic and engaged teacher.
