AL of San Jose began the 2024-2025 year with a very well-attended meeting presided over by our new chapter President, Karen Hengst. 👏

Hug-a-Bear teddy bears🧸🧸🧸sat on each table, snuggled up to a little jar of honey🐝in a vintage teacup. They highlighted our Hug-a-Bear program which gave 800 bears to children with trauma during the 2023-24 chapter year.

The Hospitality Committee brought home-made sandwiches, salads and desserts for a delicious welcoming “Teddy Bear Picnic” lunch.😋

What guest could resist joining this enthusiastic chapter? Several became new members!🎉
