Assistance League of Temecula Valley is aware that many teachers use their own money to buy enrichment materials, such as books, art supplies, and educational games for their classrooms which cannot be funded by the school districts. During this school year 2022-23, Assistance League awarded twenty-one grants to teachers in the Murrieta and Lake Elsinore School Districts. The individual grant awards were for a maximum of $500. On February 22nd, Operation Scholarships/Grants awarded Certificates of Appreciation to ten teachers from the Murrieta Valley Unified School District.
